A MESSAGE FROM SECURITY:
When driving, please as always obey the PMWFCA speed limit. Please be careful of pedestrians walking on the roads. Please also be mindful of school bus pick up areas and drive slow. After all they are our children and we all want to keep them safe. In school bus drop off zones please be extra careful while driving.
Our security hours are not twenty four hours a day. Our security guard Josef has been doing a great job single- handedly trying to crack down on speeding and other violations. Let’s show him our support and respect.
Please note as always one should call 911 to report any criminal or suspicious activity. If we all pitch in together as neighbors, our community can continue to be a safe one. If we are to continue to feel safe we must look out for one another. It takes a community effort from all of us, not just from one or two guards.
Thank you
David Curiale

ABOUT THE GUARDRAIL ACCIDENT ON WATER FOREST DRIVE:
Early on the morning of Friday December 3rd 2011, a driver who does not live in our community smashed into the guardrail on Water Forest Drive. He managed to flee the scene somehow and thought he would not be held accountable. Later that same day our Security Officer, Josef was canvassing the accident scene and came across a small piece of paper that could have been easily overlooked. It was a receipt that belonged to the driver of the vehicle. This led the State Police right to the drivers home where lo and behold the damaged vehicle was parked. We now have all of the insurance information and have contacted his insurance company. The damage to our property will be FULLY covered by the DRIVER'S insurance. We are now waiting to hear from the contractor who will be repairing the guardrail so that we can pass the bill on to the driver's insurance. Thanks to the great work of Josef the community will not have to pay a penny. Thank you Josef!
